Self-check tests

Author-made checklists for self-observation: 12–16 questions, instant result, answers never leave your browser. They don't diagnose and don't replace professional assessment. The tests themselves are currently in Russian.

  • three minutes each
  • a result is never a diagnosis

What a test can and cannot do

Answers are processed in your browser only: they are never sent to the site and they disappear when you refresh the page.

  • it can help you put your current state into words and notice what you had stopped registering
  • it cannot make a diagnosis, replace an assessment by a specialist, or predict what happens next
  • a high score is a reason to look more closely, not a verdict

Got a result and don't know what to do with it

Write a couple of lines about what came out and what worries you. I'll say what it can mean and suggest a time for a session.

  • a test result is not a diagnosis
