Extended consultation
For when the whole situation needs to be worked through in one go: more time for the map, the exercises and the plan. The same format as the hour, without the hurry.

Couples or family consultation
Come together — or start on your own. Both of you speak, in turn and without interruption; we work through arguments that repeat, growing distance and decisions about the future. Small tasks between sessions.

Child consultation
The format follows the age of the child: play, drawing, conversation. The work starts with a meeting for the parents, and the limits of confidentiality are explained in advance.

Parents meeting without the child
A conversation about what is happening with your child and what to do at home. It is where the work with a child begins, and it can also be taken on its own.

Hypnotherapy session
Three parts: the conversation and the goal, the descent into focused relaxation, and the return with a debrief. You hear me throughout and can stop the process at any moment. Contraindications are discussed before booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling
Online sessions are prepaid in full at booking. Free rescheduling up to 24 hours ahead.

- being late does not extend the session: we finish at the agreed time
- if I cancel a session, you choose between a refund and a new time
Before you book
A short set of rules the work is built on. They are the same for every format and do not change from session to session.
- Sessions are confidential: what is said in them is not discussed with anyone. The exceptions are a direct threat to life — yours or someone else's — and cases directly provided for by law; I explain these limits at the first meeting.
- I am a psychologist, not a doctor: I do not make medical diagnoses and do not prescribe medication. If I see that you need a doctor, I say so plainly and help you find your bearings.
- The work rests on accuracy: when you tell me about your health and any medication you take, say it as it is. Withholding something important puts you at risk and is a reason to stop the work.
- Come to the session sober. If a person arrives intoxicated, the session does not take place and the payment for that day is not returned.
- If you feel very bad right now and are having thoughts of harming yourself, don't wait for an appointment: call your local emergency number. In Kazakhstan that is 112 or 103 — free, around the clock; across the EU, 112 works in every country.
Questions about payment
Are the prices in the table final?
Yes — for consultations, child sessions and hypnotherapy. There are no invented figures here: where a price has not been set, the service is simply not in the table.
Can someone else pay for me?
Yes. A parent, a partner or an employer can pay. What is said in the sessions stays between me and the client.
How do I pay from outside Kazakhstan?
We'll agree a method for your country in messages. Prices for payment from abroad are fixed in euros: one hour — 80 €, two hours, couples and hypnotherapy — 135 €, child — 60 €.
