Contacts
The quickest way is to write on WhatsApp or Telegram: a couple of lines about your request and the hours that suit you, and I'll suggest a time. This comes before any payment and commits you to nothing.
- consultation 1 hour — 80 €
- we agree a time that fits you
- I don't forward messages to anyone

- Address for in-person sessionsAlmaty, Karpinskogo 15/1 (by appointment)
During sessions the phone is switched off and I don't reply to messages at once. I reply within a working day. If there is no answer after that, write again — the message may have gone astray.
What to write in your first message
Three or four lines about the situation: what is happening, how long it has been going on, and what you have already tried. You don't need to find the right terms — something like “for two months now I can't fall asleep before three in the morning” or “we argue in the same circle every time” is enough. From those lines I'll see what I can be useful for.
Then the format and the time: online or in person in Almaty, in the morning, after work, or at the weekend. That saves two or three messages of arranging.
Our correspondence is confidential: I don't forward messages to anyone and I don't record conversations. I don't consult about someone in their absence: work with a child or a partner happens only with that person taking part willingly. You can still start with your own part of the situation — an individual session is made for that.
If things are acute right now
If you are in immediate danger or thinking of harming yourself, don't wait for a reply here — call 112 or 103 (Kazakhstan), or your local emergency number. This site and our correspondence are not an emergency service, and I don't read messages around the clock.
- if life is in danger — yours or someone else's — call your local emergency number — in Kazakhstan that is 112 (single emergency number) or 103 (ambulance)
- if you are having thoughts of harming yourself — go to a psychiatrist or an emergency department, not to a messenger
- a psychologist is not a doctor and does not prescribe medication
- if someone close to you is in that state, don't leave them alone
